Going to smites after I kill 3 groups of graspings

I am having trouble figuring out how to get to the frozen wasteland after 3 groups of graspings are dead. In the guide the person says to use search but I could not find anything.

I am using the terra tank build straight from the book. (wiki that is)

I'd appreciate some help!

Anyways. So what I saw at the end of the doorway was 2 aatxe a pair of graspings and a nightmare. I don't really know how to engage them. I can run away from aatxe no problem. But won't the nightmare's strip enchantments be kinda hard on me, especially while I have graspings on my ass.

I am having this issue too. where do you wait for the patrol to move. if you wait outside the door leading to this area you are likely to run into the patroling aataxe's that walk right up to you and block your path. do you wait at the main chamber?? the nightmare will rend you every time and the graspings will follow you till you are near the smites

Along the way you might get some gold drops too, but usually graspings drop junk. I've gotten a few gold drops from them, but still junk.

ok,

watch the groups from where you kill graspings,

here is a vid of killing in main chamber,
and then the run.

I stuffed the run up but still made it.

this is using the VwK warrior build BTW.

If it still won't work after many tries, consider taking a second running skill so you don't have to have the right timing.
