Hey can I get a PC on these two items?

Shield of the Wing req 13 tatics (gold)
Armor +16
Health +30
Armor +10vs lightening
UNinscribable

Water Staff req 11 water (gold)
20/20
Energy +5
UNiscribable

Any ideas?

Not going to touch teh shield, but the water staff...maybe up to 5k if your lucky. However the req (ie 11) is fairly high and it's water

. I personally would salvage the +5 and hope you can sell that for 2-3k.

Get more opinions of course.
