The stats are req 9 with a 20/20 armor penetration and a +30 health grip.

well,...first get the fortitude mode(~20k) then (if your lucky) u can get the sundering mode(~16k) too the axe like this is not worth alot...:/

if case that you want to add the mods to the axe, it's not worth it imo
