Does Spoil Victor trigger reversal of fortune?

Lately i satarted to farm uw with my necro..
so far i clear the first chamber[without the grasping]but ill get to it soon.
my question is does spoil victor trigger reversal of fortune or divine intervation[of the smites]?

As Spoil Victor causes a loss of life as opposed to damage (similar to how health sac and life-steal work), SV should, in theory, not trigger RoF and DI.
