Hey All ... People keep offering me 10k right when i open up trade and i kno that prices have crashed and burned with all the inscribable Fanatics (myself Included) but im completly lost on what to sell this for

Slashing Dmg:15-22 (Requires 11 Swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (While Enchanted)
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 19%)
Swordsmanship +1 (20% Chance while using skills)
