Is tanzits defender shield a unique skin?

Well as question says, sorry if the question is kinda irrelevant.

I personally have never seen another shield with the same skin as Tanzit's Defender...who knows...one day there will be a spot in say Fissure where those types of shields drop all the time! Kinda like the IDS...just stumble upon it one day
