Getting to Vabbi

Is there any way to get run to vabbi from kourna? or do i have to do the missions? if i can, where can you get through. my first guess would be through the fortress of jahai.

Here's how you do it:

Sunspear Sanctuary > Gate of Desolation (you go die away from runner, while he turns into a Wurm and runs you) > Remains of Sahlahja > Joko's Domain (same as before, die away from Wurm Spool) > Basalt Grotto > Vehjin Mines > Jennur's Horde > Forum Highlands > Kodash Bazaar


Once you have gotten to Basalt Grotto you can run like normal and don't need to die or anything. But when you are crossing the Sulfurous Wastes, run away enough that the other persons name turns grey, they die, so that they are able to turn into a wurm
