Attribute Points:
Blood Magic: 16 (12+3+1)
Soul Reaping:9 (+1)
Domination Magic: 9 (or how many ever left)
Enemy Warrior/Ranger: Cast Empathy on the Enemy Warrior/Ranger so when he does attack, he hurts himself. Then cast Life Transfer, so he starts to worry about his health, and then Life Siphon. then his power should be above 50%, so use Shadow Strike which does double normal damage if his health is above 50% which will bring his health down dramatically. Then use Dark Pact and Vampiric Gaze. After Vampiric Gaze, you Dark Pact shud be charged and cast Dark Pact again. This should Kill the Warrior/Ranger, if not, keep casting Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze and Shadow Strike on him.
Enemy Necromancer/Mesmer/Elementalist: This should be fairly easy. First cast Backfire on the Enemy Necromancer/Mesmer/Elementalist, which will either stop them from using any skills (if they're smart) or will damage them madly. then go in for mad degeneration my casting Life Siphon and Life Transfer (these 2 skills will help keep your health up too). Then cast Shadow Strike, Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze, and Dark Pact should be charged, cast it again. This should finish off the Enemy Necromancer/Mesmer/Elementalist.
Enemy Monk: This should work on most Monks, unless there are 2, or the one is exeptionally good. Cast Life Transfer+Life Siphon first so the Monk starts to worry about his health. Then cast Backfire, so when he tries to heal himself or an ally, he hurts himself. Then, like the others, use Shadow Strike, Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze, Dark Pact again.
Thru all this greatness...there is a downfall to this build.

Interrupt Rangers.
Interrupt Rangers come after casters only. Life Transfer, Life Siphon, Backfire, Empathy, and Shadow Strike take more then 2 seconds to cast, and that is plenty of time for an Interrupt Ranger to Interrupt your skills. But in Pvp, you don't see alot of them out there, so it isn't a [I]Really[I] bad downfall, but it is one.
