Yep, you've read it. This is the Anti-Anything Build and here how it works:

Character: N/Me

Equip:
Scar pattern head- Sup vigor (or any available)
Scar pattern body- Sup blood (or any available)
Scar pattern arms- Minor Soul Reaping
Scar Pattern Legs- ???
SCar Pattern feet- ???

Weapons-
Pvp trucheon (20% casting)
Pvp Cesta- (20/20% casting/recharge)

Skills:
Life Trasfer
Life Siphon
Dark Pact
Vampiric Gaze
Shadow Strike
Backfire
Empathy
Ressurection Signet

Attribute Points:

Blood Magic: 16 (12+3+1)
Soul Reaping:9 (+1)
Domination Magic: 9 (or how many ever left)

Enemy Warrior/Ranger: Cast Empathy on the Enemy Warrior/Ranger so when he does attack, he hurts himself. Then cast Life Transfer, so he starts to worry about his health, and then Life Siphon. then his power should be above 50%, so use Shadow Strike which does double normal damage if his health is above 50% which will bring his health down dramatically. Then use Dark Pact and Vampiric Gaze. After Vampiric Gaze, you Dark Pact shud be charged and cast Dark Pact again. This should Kill the Warrior/Ranger, if not, keep casting Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze and Shadow Strike on him.

Enemy Necromancer/Mesmer/Elementalist: This should be fairly easy. First cast Backfire on the Enemy Necromancer/Mesmer/Elementalist, which will either stop them from using any skills (if they're smart) or will damage them madly. then go in for mad degeneration my casting Life Siphon and Life Transfer (these 2 skills will help keep your health up too). Then cast Shadow Strike, Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze, and Dark Pact should be charged, cast it again. This should finish off the Enemy Necromancer/Mesmer/Elementalist.

Enemy Monk: This should work on most Monks, unless there are 2, or the one is exeptionally good. Cast Life Transfer+Life Siphon first so the Monk starts to worry about his health. Then cast Backfire, so when he tries to heal himself or an ally, he hurts himself. Then, like the others, use Shadow Strike, Dark Pact, Vampiric Gaze, Dark Pact again.

Thru all this greatness...there is a downfall to this build.

Interrupt Rangers.

Interrupt Rangers come after casters only. Life Transfer, Life Siphon, Backfire, Empathy, and Shadow Strike take more then 2 seconds to cast, and that is plenty of time for an Interrupt Ranger to Interrupt your skills. But in Pvp, you don't see alot of them out there, so it isn't a [I]Really[I] bad downfall, but it is one.

Well as I only really play monks in pvp I can only really comment on that. But if you hit me with Life Transfer and Siphon then CoP would easily take care of them. Backfire is also easy to counter on this build with either CoP or by just dropping Holy Veil and then reapplying it. Your remaining damage wouldn't be too difficult to heal through. Then you'd run out of energy and have to hang around until you could do something useful again.

Where are you using this build? I imagine you'd get away with it with many monks in CA who forget to bring hex removal. But in any more serious pvp with decent monks I don't think you'd enjoy the same success.

This build would work in random arena as most rangers there are half assed IVEX or some half beast master half spike weird crap. Of course, a ranger with hex breaker and some decent interupting skills woud screw this build, but how many of those do you see in random arena?

You have no hex-removal, so this will not work against a domination anti-caster specialist with some interruption abilities... (i.e. an Me/X with 16 in domination)...

you cast backfire, i interrupt you with power block (all your domination spells are now disabled 15 secs).

you cast life siphon, i cast backfire (now i've turned the table on you, and my backfire hurts more)

you cast life transfer, i interrupt you with power-spike.

I then start spaming Wastrel's Worry on you and you are about 3+ seconds away from the finish off.

if you cast any other spell after this, your health will suffer due to backfire. Given you've 2 superior runes, you'll likely reach 1/3 health.

if you try to cast spells that regenerate health, i will interrupt you with power-leak.

if you don't cast spells you'll suffer from WW. when you get to 1/3 health i cast Phantom Pain and Shatter Delusion to finish off.

this is actually not geared toward your build specifically, most anti-caster / interrupt domination mesmer builds tend to have this type of setup.

I'm not sure that this is "anti-anything". This looks more like a blood-offense build with two punishment skills thrown in. With that said...
I can't see a competent warrior being completely shut down by this. Your empathy, at 10 Domination, is going to last 16 seconds and do 23 damage per swing. Sure, it'll do damage, and if he's crazy enough to frenzy in that space, yeah, death follows. But all this time, your warrior friend is going to be swinging and hitting you quite hard. By the time you get your life transfer (which takes 2 sec to cast), life siphon (2 sec) off, he's gotten three hits in. As you keep moving down the combo, the warrior's adrenaline combo is charging as well. I'm not sure that you'll flawlessly take down the warrior before he unloads fully.
Also, you're assuming that things are going one-on-one. Sure, you can focus on one warrior, but what about the second one in your face? Or the second ranger? Or the DAoTL necro next to you? (Touch of Agony skips backfire)
Lastly, as for life transfer, the general opinion of it tends to be pretty poor; I believe Epinephrine's post in the thread devoted to it sums it up- yes, you can live with it at 16 blood, but your elite could be used in other, more efficient ways.

If you want to actually shut down a warrior, try using something like ineptitude (blinds for 10 sec even at 0 illusion), which will render the attacker helpless unless he's got condition removal or a friendly monk, which we know is no guarantee in CA. Try using Shadow of Fear, which halves their attack rate for 20 seconds at 0 curses, even. If you wanted to hamper casters with this sort of setup, you'd have more luck with a Soul Leech+Backfire combo. (189 damage per cast with your points)
