PC on golden Chaos Axe

Hey, I got a golden Chaos axe, following stats:
Cruel Chaos Axe of Axe Mastery (req. 12 Axe Mastery)
+15% Damage
-5 Energy
Axe Mastery +1 (19% Chance)
Lengthens Deep Wound duration

I asked ingame, but i got answers like "3-5k", "70k-ish" and (extremely surprisingly and unlikely) "100k+"
I'd appreciate what you think.
