PC on Req 9 Healing Prayers Ankh & Gothic Axe

Couple of items (Non-Inscribable) I would like a price-check on.

The following is on the baseline Pricing thread at 30-50k...I find this hard to believe, so just to check:
Gold Gothic Axe of Axe Mastery
6-28 (req 10 Axe mastery)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Axe Mastery +1 (19% chance)

I kept this just in case but the mixed attributes probably isn't a good thing:
Gold Healing Ankh
Energy +12 (req 9 Healing Prayers)
Protection Prayers +1 (19% chance)
Armor +5 (while casting)
