  • Halve skill recharge of spells 20%
  • energy +10
  • Fire dmg: 11-22 req 9 Divine Favor
  • Halve Casting time of spells 9%
  • Health +28
  • Enchanments 19%

IMO 20-35Kish, Would like a Second Opinion.

considering the inherent mod isn't perfect i'd say it would top around 20k.

think 20 is bit to much around 15max
