• Fire dmg: 11-22 req 9 Divine Favor
• Halve Casting time of spells 9%
• Health +28
• Enchanments 19%

IMO 20-35Kish, Would like a Second Opinion.

about 15 ~25k ish... would be hard sell.

If it isn't inscripable then not too much, 20/10 ghostlys are becoming more common by the day.

considering the inherent mod isn't perfect i'd say it would top around 20k.
