Hey ok I have a gold dead sword :

Requirement 12 swordsmanship
Max damage
Armour +7 (Vs. Physical damage)
Lengthens cripple duration on foes by 33%
Damage +15% While health is above 50%

First I would like to know what that is worth and secondly what would it be worth if i upgraded it , eg. replaced the Cripple and armour +7 with health +29 and Sundering of furious. Thanks!
