when does Prophecies campaign actually ends ?

i have just finished the last mission of prophecies, but unlike Nightfall and Factions, there were no credits at the end 0_0
have i finished the game or should i do

Well, as far as missions are concerned you have finished Prohpecies. But there are still the defender quests to do if you are so inclined.

My guess is that the idea might have been that you never really 'finish' the game, that you play though the story arc and then make your own way - exploring, trading, and of course PvP.

I might be wrong though.

Prophecies comes to an end in Nightfall, of course! ;p



At Hell's Precipice, things come to a conclusion.

the missions end at Hell's precipice but the campaign goes on forever (or until Anet closes the server) there always plenty to do

In other words - the idea to put credits and stuff into an end-of-the-game area didn't occur to the development team until AFTER Prophecies was released. =)

To answer the OP's actual question, yes the storyline continues with the Titan quests you get from Glint. They were added months after Prophecies was released, as an additional endgame. Basically they follow your character as you destroy all the titans that the lich released before being destroyed.

They're not really part of the main story, and good luck finding a party to do them with if you're not in a good guild. My suggestion: heros if you have Nightfall. Otherwise...really hard to do those quests.

prophecies campaign doesnt have an actual ending like factions and nightfall with the end game prize items, instead it has a few aftermath quests aka defend tyria from the titans you unleased in the campaign itself...
