Hey guys, I just got my Shield of Judgement and tried to farm Granite Citadel mobs just like those gazillion bots running out there but I got owned 50% of the time.
Anyone had tried to farm this zone? If you have a good build for it please post it here.
My new 55 Monk is not good enough for it or maybe my skill is not good enough for it hehe. Degen sucks for my monk but those botters seems successful.
I got Soj, Healing Breeze, Prot Spirit, Balth Spirit, Blessed Aura, Essence Bond, Mantra of Resolve and Mending.

Just tried it...die and use a 13hp build (will need to switch off-hands about 1/2 way through due to xp getting rid of your dp)

I tried it maybe around 20 times. I am not that successful but I didi manage to get Green Dwarven Armors.

Imp farming with a 55 is hard and shouldn't be your first target.
Want halfway decent drops and good farming?
Camp rankor-> snake
Farm the blessed griphons outside. Save the wings. People buy them at anywhere from 100-500g a piece. You can also get excellent shields for your heroes with them.

They are probably Mo/W simply because they only have proph, which would make them PS/HB rather than PS/SoA (Nightfall).. Unless they are very good bots (unlikely since they hump the tasca's demise sign) they are most likely farming the spawn directly outside. I'm going out on a limb and saying that they have something like....
PS/HB/Bonetti's/SoJ/Blessed Sig/Mending/Balth's/Blessed Aura
Use Bonetti's when SoJ is down to get energy and reduce the damage, and SoJ as damage. I'll test this out some more and see how reliable it is. If it's some really weird build you're not going to get it out of anyone.
The problem with trying to duplicate a bot farm for human use is that bots generally farm easy, but very poor/boring areas constantly. You are better off finding a harder farm which can get you more money in less time due to your (hopefully) sharper skills.
Edit: I just tried the above build, and it works fine. Its just slow as molasses, and the summit definitely drop junk, but thats what botting is for. I observed the bots, and their runs are pretty lengthy, probably because the gnashers take forever to die. They are also merching a lot, probably everything from the run.
Just going out on a limb here, maybe they have DDF active and are farming the titans? I can't see this happening solo bc of the mesmer titans, but who knows.

Why? the one important thing we are all missing, Stone summit badges.
If the drops suck they revert to the worst drop, which is commonly a collectors item.
Even so most weapons out that way merch for around 50g. So its perfect for a bot.
Plus don't forget bots rarely ID, they just kill- pick up- zone- sell- kill some more. They have no use for blue armour, gold weapons and rare drops.

I wouldn't say that they are all Mo/W as I have seen in the past Mo/Mes up there as well and you don't need SoA from NF.That really is for the 135 build not 55 anyway it is just the way you got your skills set up for more energy use inspired hex as well.I did learn that trick from the old boonprotect I ran or from PvP monks in general.If you start to bleed just heal up with breeze and I would say SoA is not really great around Granite as you face bleeding and with no condition remover well only means one thing.
