Iv seen a few people advertising a run from sunspear sanctuary to kodash bazaar. whats going on? I thought nightfall was instanced?

you can go from sanctuary to the desolation, to the bone palace( you have to get out of range so your runner can get into a worm) and through to vabbi. im not really sure of the direct path, but thats how it goes.

So it's widespread now? Not really useful except for getting Vabian armor, maybe a few elites (not sf :P)..

Once you get to Sunspear Sanctuary, you can run to the Cementary, and from there to the desolation. SF is outside of The Gates Of Desolation.
Getting to the Bone Palace takes a person who has control of the wurms, and the out of range thing could apply,though I don't try to ferry anyone, so that is second hand knowledge for me. The game has natural barriers that prevent ppl from continuing too far without playing through the game to some degree, but being ran is possible in some areas, unlike in Factions where it borders on useless or impossible.

Yes, it's possible, but the question is: What would you want to do at Kodash Bazaar when you're there? There is nothing special there except Vabbian armor, and that is no different from other armor stats-wise. If you simply follow the storyline you'll reach the Bazaar yourself very soon, and it's very easy. There is no real point in being run there. You're stuck in the storyline if you skip a mission or primary quest. All you can do after the run is to explore.

I SO wanted the armor from the bone palace, fought my way to the basalt grotto from the vabbian side but found noone to bring me to the palace. I was jus 500meters away 
If only i had known that the rusher can enter the wurm when im out of range....
(I fought the whole way with ugly grey 1k armor )
Oh well all my 10 classes made it through nightfall by now.

You can also get some of the chests that drop free golds in Vaabi and such. Create a new character, get the ones in Kourna and such and then go get the ones in Vaabi and the Desolation via running.
