Tempered Glass?

I know a Vial of Ink(rare crafting) is used to make black dye, but what is tempered glass used for?

uhh.. you can't make black dye,


but you can use tempered glass vial to make a vial of ink .

I beileve that the glass vials are used to craft ink from materials crafters. I might have remembered that incorrectly though...

You need th glass viall and plant fibers to make a vial of ink for head gear for Monks and Necro as far as my memory tells me. Check GuildWiki for current and accurate data on this
