I have a Dragon's Breath and that i just bought for 4k, and i was wondering how much i can sell it for.

Dragons Breath wand of Memory
11-22 fire damage, req. 9
Hale and hearty, energy plus 5^50%
HSR of fire spells 20%

i have an HCT 20% inscription that i can use on it. if that'll help value, plz tell me.

60-80kish depending on how long you want to wait.

Mod it however you want: wand components don't make too much difference to value.
