Now for your question,that scroll isn't very good and not worth anything other than the merchant value.
In the future there is a price check section in the forums that are at first hard to spot,the links for them are just below "community works" but they have black text rather than the red the others have.
check out the sale forums and you will be able to get a better idea of what is valuable and what is not.

Items are generally only valuable if they have max stats, minimum req (usually 9, sometimes 8 - on a max weapon) *and* are gold. Even then they'd probably not be worth much, without a more interesting skin.
That items doesn't have max stats (offhands can have upto 12 energy), arguably the most important feature, so it isn't worth anything.
BTW - earth scrolls will sometimes salvage as parchment (rare crafting material, often used for monk armour), so long as you use an expert or superior kit. I mention it because the merch price is so low, that I'd usually salvage an item like that.
