Actually I did achieve Tyrian Patriarch but soon after that the Admins went and deleted a ton of threads in the OT area, so I only had the title for about 2 days before I got this one.

I admit it, I do almost all of my posting in the Off-Topic section, but I do not post in every thread I see, usually stick to the main threads and make comments everyonce in awhile in other threads that I can actually contribute too.

Yes the admins have to give it to you. It's been known to be called Favor of the Mods, but really the Admins give them out to members they have deemed worthy of a custom title. Though in my case everyone, including me, says Dralspire gave it to me since they deleted 3k+ of my posts.
