PC on purple req8 max dmg storm bow

As title says, it's a purple, max dmg, req8 storm bow, +16%dmg while hexed, +29health, and 20/19 sundering...I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the worth of this. Thanks in advance!

salvage the mods off of it, bow is worthless
