Question about hard mode.

Is hard mode going to be just for lvl 20s to have a harder time in all areas or for say ur a lvl 8 in post ascalon and u want to face lvl 16s. Which is more true? Or has gaile gray answered this?

hard mode is a challange only those who have obtained the "protector of----"
have acess to and so we have a fun challenge(and for sun/LB points)

No, Hard Mode is for everyone.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. It was originally announced as requiring the protector title for each respective continent, but when Gaile gave us the update on hard mode status- she said she wasn't sure.

It'd be pretty harsh if it was just for the Protectors, IMO.

Huh? If you're tough enough to handle hard mode you should be able to get the protector title with ease. It's very easy theses days with the full range of skills and especially with heroes.

It better not be for people with title only, Some people want a challenge but don't have the time to do every mission and bonus

Well im not sure if it will require protector titles but i am sure it will require something, like say Ascension or being lvl 20, else u would get lvl3s in the Northern Wall trying to get power lvled by joining in a hard mode mission against lvl 20 monsters etc. And im pretty sure a lvl 3 Vs lvl 20 is more than a challenge its near impossible (unless u happen to have Protective spirit or bond etc.)

I know it's a little picky to say so but... if the reaon you don't have the Prot titles is just not having the time to do them (rather than just not having the inclination to do them) isn't it likely you won't have time to do hard mode anyway?

it would seem illogical not to connect hard mode with protector title and if that's the case then all hard mode badies should be lvl 20-30and have better drops. good times
