I think 3 is worth more than 10k, even though inherent isnt maxed...req 8 is good.

i would say 15-20K at least on #3 - req 8 is rare and +30 mod is worth 10K in it self (and happens to be the mod most would put on it anyway)

chaos axe req8 = 15k max

2- Would Salvage the mods but sale at 20k
3- Axe with all those stats 25k
