Seriously...
Ever since I first logged into GW on this computer, I can never get any higher than 23 FPS...
My specs:
CPU
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3400+
PASS
CPU Speed
2.21 GHz Performance Rated at 3.40 GHz
System RAM
You Have: 895.4 MB
Operating System
XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce 6100
Video RAM: 512.0 MB
Video HW Transform & Lighting
Vertex Shader Ver.: 3.0
Pixel Shader Ver.: 3.0
DirectX Version 9.0
And I have a 1024X726 LCD flatscreen...
I've noticed that some other people have been complaining about low frame rates recently, and it just popped in my head about asking here...
Why is it that my computer- which meets top req's for the games- has such a low FPS?
I keep thinking theres something I'm not doing right...
I've got the game set at "position 3" for graphics and I have shadows tuned to low and reflections set to default...
I dont know what else to do...
I just want a smoother ride since all these low FPS's are giving me major screen tears and (after a while) giving me headaches...
Low FPS ever since I started playing...

Complaining about 23?
I have been living on 6-12 lately.
Be thankful for what you have.

Yeah- when I said 23 FPS, I was stating my high point
If I go into 1st person, and look at the ground in my guild hall, then I can hit 23...
Common FPS for me in play is 10-18
But thanks for the advice...
I was planning on saving up for a card soon...
Heres hoping my mother board doesnt blow out again

I recently purchased a second pc (Athlon 3500+) which had Nvidia 6150 onboard and was only getting 15-20 fps. The sound was also clipping and stuttering.
I've added Nvidia 7600gt, Soundblaster X-fi Xtreme Gamer and another gig of ram. I'm now getting 60fps.
Not only do onboard graphics cards slow your framerate down, but also some onboard sound cards.

if it's possible try setting the ram dedicated to graphics down to 128mb. GW doesn't need 516mb for its textures, and the additional ram freed up for system use might get you some better framerates.
