all hero's items/armors are messed up after the update

can sm1 kindly explain to me why my ran hero's wearing some ele pants on her head and para hero lost his items, green item's icons are messed up, and another ranger hero has some armor piece equipped instead of the bow?
my monk lost all my ranger 2ndry skills after 1 of the last updates, now all my necro's heros are in complete mess, can it pls stop?! i'm afraid to switch chars and check other sets of heroes, cos i got no idea what i will find...

I actually think that this has been happening for awhile now...
...But at least it's just the armor icon. How awkward would it be to see Koss wearing the female Ranger's vest?
I hope you didn't find that out the hard way like me...(accidentally dyed my bag black half a year ago. Drat.)

Yeah, I remember seeing posts about this about a week after NF's release, so it wasn't just a reccent update that did this.
