Could anyone tell me whats the best way to get this title?
One guy told me to try it with bow, but i feel kinda weak.
Please give me some strategy how to do this
P.S. Sorry for my cripple English.

I would say go with a critical barrager. I've never used it myself, but it's a bow thing and I've heard people say it's nice before. Find the build somewhere and try it I guess.

Best bet IMO is to get a run to Nightfall(if you have it) and get heros, then just load up on defense and maybe go A/E Critical Barrager as said above. Heros and Henches make it so much easier since people will often let you die.

Agreed. Run a prot monk hero and make him bond you on really tough areas.
And yes, crit barrager is the way to go.
I'd use:
Paragon (ToF tank or straight leadership with anthem of flame)
Bonder
Nuker(When I'm barraging I like a Water nuker, strange as it may seem. Maelstrom, Deep Freeze, the works)

dont be the first to run into a mob, try ot kill overextending melees that go for your casters, then go on the mobs placed back.
dont try to kill stuff which is definately overhelming you, and dont lure too many mobs.
crit barragers are such a failure, dont use them.

A/E critical barrager ftw But seriously, I never would've beat missions like eternal grove without that build. Take an MM too to keep enemies off you.
Stop The Storm
Hey, i made an assassin last week and got my Survivor title, currently half way to Level 2 Survivor with no problems at all whatsoever so far.
Im running A/R with BP build. I did all my quests on shing jea island and then got to market place, from there i ran to keining and done quests to nightfall to get my heroes and LA to pick up Olias. I went through all the tyria missions from LA upto Dragons lair and yesterday i joined a tombs group and that had no problems at all whatsoever either. Ide encourage you to try tombs with some xp scrolls as you can get 66 XP from enemies with the 10 minute scroll, your xp soon racks up. Also, im currently in the process of getting all the secondary profession quests in the desert, when thats done, ill be capping every elite in the crystal desert as this is also 5k XP for each elite you capture (at level 20). So think of it as paying 1k for 5k XP. Would really recommend using a longbow or something else with long range maybe recurve or flatbow and always take olias (MM) with you for extra bodies. Tundra
It would be good if i had Prophecies

Ok. First question. WTF is A/E critical barrager??? That's 3 professions there buddy. Assassin as primary and elementalist as secondary is what ur saying. Then for barrage ranger as a third??? Since when can u have 3 professions? Would be awesome tho.W/MO/A for shadowstep snares armour and heals. To bad its not possible
I would say use this build: Shadow of haste Dark escape or dash Critical eye Critical defence Some dagger skills of ur choice (recommend including something like malicious strike to keep up critical defences). Heal if u want in place of critical eye. To use this build use Shadow of Haste away from a mob. Send ur heroes/henchies in. Run in with shadow of haste on. Use ur combo and if targeted by melee bring up critical defences. If targeted by casters when u get at around 60% health activate dark escape to cancel Shadow of Haste and ull return to where u activated the skill and let ur henchies/heroes finish the mob. In theory u can get survivor with this. Idk tho since I haven't used it other than RA.. Didn't die there tho ^^ Am I A Good Sin

So i have a little question about suvivors.
If i fail to protect Master Togo in Vizunah Square, then my party is defeated. Does this stops suvivors title, or this doesent counts as a death? flipfly2004

One guy told me to try it with bow, but i feel kinda weak. Please give me some strategy how to do this P.S. Sorry for my cripple English. i got my legendary survivor with my assassin... it wass really not that hard even though i NEVER used a bow... i just played it as how an assassin should be played... meaning sneak in - sneak out tactic... if u still cant understand it then maybe an assassin is not suited for you... with this tactic you wont need healing at all... well, almost :d i didnt want to use a bow because i wanted to get the survivor title as an assassin and not as a ranger... i wanted the title and i thought i would only cheat on myself if id use a bow tip: ur not a tank!!! u do not aggro a group!!! it's someone else's job!!! learn to control your heroes never underestimate an ele boss or a rit boss have patience!!! Bloodied Blade
1.) if you want the title, use a bow.
2.) if you aggro, you will die. There is no middle ground. 3.) if you try to tank a caster boss, he will 1-3 shot you. Translation- be very, very careful. |
