What's the best setup for this build?

I got a Wing's Axe, Sskai's Sword, and Exalted Aegis (Strength) for these 3 W/Mo builds I'm trying, but I don't know what insignias to use on my armor. Here are the builds, in order of priority.

Cleave PvE Soldier
Attributes: Protection Prayers 3, Tactics 9, Strength 9, Axe Mastery 12
Skills: Cleave, Cyclone Axe, Dismember, Executioner's Strike, "For Great Justice!", "Watch Yourself!", Healing Signet, and Rebirth

Full Vigor Paladin (Axe)
Attributes: Strength 8, Healing Prayers 10, Axe Mastery 12
Skills: Triple Chop, Cyclone Axe, Penetrating Chop, Executioner's Strike, Dismember, Sprint, Vigorous Spirit, and "For Great Justice!"

Full Vigor Paladin (Sword)
Attributes: Strength 8, Healing Prayers 10, Swordsmanship 12
Skills: Sever Artery, Gash, Galrath Slash, Final Thrust, Hundred Blades, Enraging Charge, Vigorous Spirit, and Resurrection Signet

It actually tells you everything on the page; a mix of Gladiator's Armor and Berserker's Armor, with the option of dreadnought armor, a Furious or Zealous Axe of Fortitude, the best rune of vigor and absorption that you can get, then a superior rune of axe mastery, minor rune of tactics, and minor rune of strength.

that build kind of sucks....(cyclone axe FTL)

try this...its the same idea...12 tactics, 15 axe, 9 strength...minor strength, minor tactics+helm, superior axe, superior/major vigor and rune of vitae

heal sig, flail, defensive stance, furious axe, cleave, dismember, executioners strike, res signet/res chant

use dreadnought's, gladiatior's or beserker's armor...up to you. use a 15^50 furious axe of fortitude

Cyclone Axe isn't bad in PvE if you can gather aggro. It's not what it used to be though.
