What will Hardmode bring...

Well after thinking about this for a while what do you guys think will come with Hardmode.
We know we will get
Max lightbringer/sunspear
harder mobs
easier for normal mode?
new items? -> maybe it will be very ez to get Colossal Scimitar too.
new titles
lockpicks - they are essentially skeleton keys (can open any chest) but have a chance of not being 'destoryed' after use depending on lucky and treasure hunter title. All other keys i believe will be the same so you can still use vabbi keys etc..
I think they might make lockpicks cost 1200 ea or maybe even 2k and have a 30-50% of being destroyed after being used. and maybe a 10% chance of not working.

I only sure of one thing hard mode will bring.100 times as much frustration as Torment areas can give now.
Drops? buh,they cant give anything more useful then i already got so its pointless.

1. What do you mean by the lock pick 'not working'?
Also, 2k would be way too much for something with a 50% breaking rate. I'm thinking that it'll be 1.2k, 65% base breaking rate (so on average you get a little under two chests' worth, maybe more, maybe less) and it'll go down depending on your titles
2. Will the new sunspear skills (i think gaile said we're getting them) be only for the NF areas, or will they be usable throughout all campaigns?

I thought I also read that, when Hard-Mode is implemented, they are going to make some of the tougher Normal-Mode areas a bit easier.

Yeah I understand that, but as of now, the Lightbringer skills are only for the higher level NF areas, because that's the only area those monsters appear. Will the sunspear skills be for everywhere?

i think it will be 2k because of UW and FOW and demonic and the deep etc... those keys are worth 1500 or so.

It'll bring a new title track and hopefully make old areas interesting to revisit.
I hope hard mode isn't just about grind-bashing lots of high level critters, but more about figuring out the weakness/tactics.
As for the loot, meh, I already have max damage everything with a larger variety of mods than my storage can hold (when you've got to put useful weapons on mules, you know something's wrong with the storage). The only loot that might be remotely entertaining would be low-req weapons, but that would be more about mess-around builds than anything else.
