orders paragon?

Having a paragon main, I thought i knew every paragon build out there (cuz theres VERY few of them out there), but i met a HA group who wanted an "Orders paragon" i felt ashamed that i didn't know anything about out it , and had no idea how it worked: here are the skills i was told to get

Harriers Toss
Order of Pain
Rend Enchantments
Go for the Eyes
Fall Back
Anthem of Guidance
Rez
And some spear skill

I have never seen this build... and am not sure how it would work, nor what purpose it serves in the battlefield. Is anyone else familiar with this build and know whats so good about it and how it works?

Looks like general support (GFTE) and pressure (Order of Pain, Rend Enchantments)

commant paragons and orders necros kinda did the same thing. thats just a mix of the two. and if its for HA soul reaping isnt that useful so leadership will probably net you more energy
