It only removes preperations like kindle arrows or practiced stance, any boost you gain from spirits isn't removed. I like to use it with confageration and conjure flame on my R/E

Just as a side note it is also bugged and removes glyphs aswell, however your probably never going to have to worry about that.

yeah man, barrage has always been like that. But you can combine weapons spells, enchants that boost attack strengths, spirits, and speed boosts.

Splinter Weapon, Conjure Flame, Favorable Winds, Judges Insight, Tigers Fury.

Barrage is still very good. With preps added, it would be far too overpowering.

Honestly, it would be rare to have Barrage and Practiced stance on the same bar, since it's an elite, as well.

Short of arcane mimicry or the original cap of it.
