My mom was just either a borders or a barnes and noble (i'll edit this when I find out which) and she called me and said they had for sale, the PCGamer May 2007!! Just a heads up, that bookstores/newsstands have it up a few days earlier than it's supposed to be

The GuildWars headline should sell the mags pretty well since the WoW fans may just look at it and say " I told you so" and the initial shock of a GW fan may also force him/her to buy a copy to read why that is hot news.

I'll go pick up a copy later today...

You know what's AWESOME?!?!? The PC Gamer was sold in a non-wrapped manner, so both my girfriend and I got ours and subsequently found out our Asura keys were STOLEN. Needless to say, I am thirilled. I hope PC Gamer and Anet are both ready to remedy the flood of patrons that have had their keys stolen, and ban the theifs who stole them. >

There was a number in the corner that states to call them if there is problems... but thats why you should never buy an open magazine

Lol I used to work in a newsagent and tbh the amount of times my friend would take the demos, features and extras in games magazines without anyone ever noticing or moaning was unreal.

Wrapped PC Gamers include the demo disk (in the May issue, one for the Lord of the Rings Online Beta). Unwrapped ones do not include the demo disk and are 5 bucks cheaper. They can have a code stolen. If your code was stolen, e-mail [email protected] as it tells you to at the bottom of the page rather then come on here and threaten to smite a.net unless they fix your problem. How can they fix your problem if they aren't aware of it in the first place?

Well I live in Canada and it came out... I picked it up at "Gateway News Stands", which is in the TTC, which is an underground subway in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

But strangely, there were 2 codes in it! the second code was slightly overlapping the first one but I could still make it out.

Got mine for $12.53 canadian.

Seriously, I really want to know what happens to the people who stole the codes in the magazines before people buy them... I mean... if they get away scot free, then hell, I might as well take pictures with my cell phone and be done with it...I really hope that the people who steal them gets some kind of punishment, its really unfair for those of us who actually buy the magazine.

Thanks for the heads up. I went to my local B&N (who two days ago still had the April issue on shelf) and got the last one.

@cosyfiep - I know what you mean. That little trip to the bookstore for a magazine cost me over $50.
