Divine Aura

Ok, so I searched the Q&A section and didn't find anything recent on the topic of "Divine Aura". I know what it is and that it came with the Collectors Edition of "Prophecies". However, I have the standard edition of Guild Wars and have since bought the collectors edition for "Factions" and "Nightfall" in the hopes of getting the DA. Just got the dance extras. Anyway, so I read this thread here and it looks like the only way for me to get the DA is to buy a whole brand spankin' new version of "Prophecies" Collectors Edition.
So, after this long intro and whining fest, here is my question:

Is this still the case, or have some changes been implemented in the mean time where the "Divine Aura" can be purchased for $ (Like from the Guild Wars Official Store)? It would be nice to have it made available for purchase. They could make it a limited offer, say, for a weekend or something?

yes, unfortuneately the only way to get the divine aura on core classes is to get the ce for prophecies....sorry to tell you that.....I had to shell out more for it since it a very limited edition and very hard to come by now. (I also had only the standard edition for chapter one, ce for both 2 and 3)...

and galie has mentioned the likelyhood of them offering this limited edition in the online store is close to nil.....sorry.

and just FYI the CE for Prophcies was going for $330 US on ebay today

Wow... Nope, I don't have that kind of money to spend on a game, no matter how much I like it. Thanks for the input, though. I suppose it'll be best if I just put this matter to rest and forget about it. *sigh*

Since you already own Prophecies, you would be spending $330 US only for the Divine Aura, booklet and box. The key would be worthless to you. This is really for the big spenders or the GW-obessed
