Sticky for sardelac

I think a sticky or subforum is due for sardelac in the cases of skill balance ideas. There is pretty much always one on the front page which justifies a sticky and they seem to be the most commonly implemented ideas (the smart armor guy started a massive elementalist update and I got several skills iimplemented verbatim to my suggestions). It would be very easy to organize in a sticky and I myself would not mind running it if this were to occur.

bump. Also a concept skills sub-forum would not be a bad idea, in the first 3 pages of sardelac there are about 9, not to mention the thread "create a skill" has literally thousands of skills.
