Why. In all that's holy. Would I pay 11k for a skill? Especially since caps are in PvE, where you can jsut ressurect infinately at a res shrine.
Now, if there weren't oodles of resources online to tell you where to find the caps, that'd be one thing.

1. people might not be able to do it evan with infinate rez shrines every where, because they might have -60dp and there might be four monks around the boss and cant kill one enimie in a mob of 15 as such

2. 11k no its 10k for the service they might nalready have lots of cap sigs

3. its for people who really cant do it
