The quickest way is to PM Gaile (on here) if you do it in a polite, friendly manner I expect she will have a word with the tech/support guys on your behalf.
You did purchase the full game right? some people have posted this before then found it was only a trial key.

make sure you spelled Gray correctly. People often put in an E for the A by mistake.

So you can log in (since it says to click on the Store), but wont let you play any characters? Sounds like it was only a trial. How long did you play and what chapter is the character you are trying to log into from? (I remember during the factions preview you could make a character, but when it ended it wouldn't let you play them).
