PC on Gold Dead Sword!

Can i please get a rough estimate of what this sword is worth?

Furious Dead Sword of Fortitude
15-22 (req 9)
+29 Health
14-50 inscription (Strength and Honor)
Adrenaline on hit (10%)

Any advice on this would be helpfull i dont care about the mods cause i could always change them!.... Thanks

without good mods 70k-90k hard to sell and over famer
with good mods 100k to 100k-10

Now would you say That this sword is better with a furious mod and the fortitude or a zealous mod?

same price as with no mods...
20/20 30hp would got to 100k- 100-10
