WTB Inscribable Storm Bow Req. 10 or HIGHER, Pref. Clean

Looking for an inscribable Storm Bow with 10 or higher Req. pref. clean but mods will be considered in pricing.

I'll say up front that if you're expecting 100k+e and won't budge on price don't bother posting please as I am working with limited funds at the moment. I'm expecting to pay somewhere around 70k depending on what the inscription is, what Req. it has, and what the mods are (Assuming that it is Gold, price I pay goes down for Purple).

Late Bump, I might bump one more time, and I'll try to let everyone I talked to IG know when I do buy so they aren't left hanging on to a bow when I've already bought one.

So last request here, Incribable Gold Req. 10 Storm Bow, I've had offers for a Req. 12, and 11 and I'm curious to see what I'd have to pay for a Req. 10 before I make a final decision.
