Ghostly Staff req 9 Curses
Energy +10
HSR 20 / HCT 10

would there be a much higher price with +30 HP and +5 E inside ?

I'd say around 70K+ since 'Death' is the necro's bread and butter, but yours is Curses. 20/10 is getting more common also. Get more opinions.
