[Dev Update] Become an ATS Tester!

Well, I got in.

When I logged into my test account it said it wasn't authorized to play GW, so I'm assuming they'll add access keys to all of the accounts once they're finished sending e-mails and setting everything else up. Or maybe they just set it up so you can only play during the testing period.

I think we can only use the special accounts during those 3 hours every day.

We can practice (not that it's needed for the testing) on our private accounts using the unrated matches.

Yeah! I got in too! I can add this to my list of beta testing / testing of video games which is growing very nicely!

Yes, that's precisely right. The test server will only be active during the hours listed. Practice or familiarizing oneself with the HB can take place on Live.

Those with test feedback or bug reports for the ATS test only can provide that via the [email protected] email address. Please place "ATS Test Feedback" in the subject line. Again, this is for feedback about the ATS Test only. Please do not report Live Server issues or send game questions or suggestions to that address; those should be provided via fansite forums, as always.

Anyway, 1 min to go before 7pm GMT, so the server should start then.

Mmm, at time of writing, 7:30GMT, still unable to make a char and do anything apart from log into the account, GW shop is denied so any free thing in there is blocked if that's how they give access.

Am i the only one unable to do anything?

Yeah, that's right, the email says for 19:00GMT don't know why it isn't allowing, and it is now 19:42GMT with no Server.

If it's not on at 8pm, then something's wrong and it definatly isn't being confused by the +1 hour thing.

EDIT: found out why it ain't working yet, Britain is currently on BST for British Summertime, so GMT is 1 hour behind. so now in 3 minutes it will go active if it goes according to plan.

Really sucky. I accidently chose to do the zaishen training. It's 23 past and GToB is still loading >.>

At least we're only doing this once :P

I guess everyone else is d/l'ing the ENTIRE game ..............I did the tutorial, then off to Great Temple of Balthazar...........err after 7500 more files

You don't need to do the tutorial

Go into the Great Temple and theres a system message displaying commands that will unlock all your skills, items, and heroes.

BTW, the commands known are:

/.gold <number>
/.allitems
/.allskills
/.allheroes
/.exp <number>

The last one is especially fun, since just before the new build, everybody was gaining skill points like crazy.
