100 Rubies and 100 Sapphires for Ectos/Shards!

I have had these for quite a while now and realized that FoW armor is what I want so I have decided that instead of selling them I will try to trade my rubies and sapphires for ectos and shards. I would preferably like to get however many ectos and shards are needed for all pieces of FoW armor, not sure how many that is since this will be my first time getting the armor. Just got back into the game so not positive what the exact exchange rate is so throw me some offers.
