hello people

i need you help pricechecking this item, is it worth anything at all ??

gold ghostly insightful staff of defence
+10 energy
lightning dmg, max req8
halves castingtime spells 10%
+5 energy
+5 armor

pls give me a hint, havent got too much exp on these kinda items

it does not have 20% skill recharge or any recharge?
