5-10k probably less than that ...personally i would merch it since most people don't run 13 tactics..and with weakness now doing -1 to attribute they would have to generally run 14 just to be sure they are getting the full usefullness out of the shield...although you may find a non warrior who wants it but would probably be a hard sale...just my opinion u may want to wait for an actual guru to say something.
