PC Eternal Shield (req.10strength, inscribable)

Hi, i found this nice inscribable (added junk mods for testing) Eternal Shield.
Unfortunately it's a blue item... will this drain much of the value?

I could use an estimate how much it might be worth.

Seen a purple one like that sell for 100k+15 ecto so I'm not sure if the price will drop because it's blue, if so I would say 70-100k...very nice skin.
Wait for more opinions.

purple = 50k
blue = 10k

if someone paid 100k 15e for a purple one they are an idiot....

20k max imo
