Even with 10 chara out in the big world and 1 in Pre, I haven't ever run out of room to stash stuff, since I maintain a fairly organized inventory system. Still, it's nice to finally have some more room in the ol' storage vault to deposit a load of swag after a long days adventuring.

Storage is not always a problem for me, but often times it is. There are just SO many GOOD collectable items that its hard for someone with all 3 campaigns NOT to run out of storage space. Factor in different armor sets for different areas, weapon sets, dyes, runes, and weapon upgrades and your storage is pretty limited. I currently have 3 mules to hold half that stuff so I have some room on my playable characters just to pick up more than 5 pieces of loot per mission.
It sounds like I'm complaining here but I've gotten by so far without too much trouble. It'll just be great to have this extra space and not have to sell things I wanted to keep anymore and get rid of a mule or two. Thanks Anet!

The Storage ugrade should happen with the relase of nightfall if you ask me.
However i think that it's good that they added it now then never : )
Does this mean if i have a 100% map explorer i get more space in storage ?
If you still can please upgrade the common material storage to 500 and keep rares at 250 so i don't need any more mule characters.
Also create a visible line between rares and commons.
Many people will welcome this new update very positiv due to the fact that last time the storage upgrade happend every1 was happy to have their account upgraded. I don't considder this as a good will gesture but as a must
What i also suggest that you add a dye storage account because we have
2to3 people who collect dyes for our guild. Those poor players have their inventory filled with all colours -XX slots free.
A good point would be customized items storage, say the items that you have customized would be separated into a "capsule corporation box" that would use 1 slot in inventory and would cost 10k and would hold all customized items for 1 character.
Other less important suggestions would be changing placement of xunlai in big cities[ Lion's Arch !!! ]
Since Xunlai is a powerfull traders guild they should have their own Shop because now they look like beggers with 1 rediculous chest and lame textured girls.
i recommend to create the "House of Xunlai" as the past in game years have been very proffitable for those guys. Could be a Vault, even a Outpost just for traders so we get the WTS SPAM OUTTA CITIES.
If any1 wants to buy stuff they should come to the HALL of Xunlai or simmilar ; ) to sell/buy their stuff.
If you need any other ideas created contact me i'm ispiration itself and that is not what i think of myself, just copy pasting the compliment from my friends : ) ahahahah [true true]

Do we really know that these storage vaults wont be according to region. Like you can only put weapons+etc. in that vault for factions/prophecies/nightfall? Yeah that would be a ton of work, but Anet loves to screw up all of us. :-P

But I believe ANet is missing on a business opportunity, there must be other obsessive pack rats who wants to collect everything, just in case. And we would gladly (or grumblingly) pay extra for additional sheets in the vault. Say US$ 5 for a new sheet (half the price of a character slot that contains twice as much storage).

Not quite as useful as if we had, say, 20 slots for storing customized gear (for each character). That's not going to break the economy.

I had sort of got used to living within the storage limit and shuffling items between my mules when I need them.
By the way, before you all rush to delete your mules, make sure you check how old they are and when their birthday is. One of my mules is my second oldest character and will be two years old soon :-)
