Found this last night:

Istani Shield (Requires 8 strength)
Armor 16
Inscription: "Sleep now in the fire"
Armor +6 vs fire damage

Blue... crappy inscription... no handle...

Is this worth anything, being low req, max armor and inscriptible?

imo it's quite rare

depends on how bad ppl want it i'd say 20k - 80k
