What monk build would be best for Mursaat and Jades?

I'm going to start a new monk today for farming (and hopefully get my dream bow - the Mursaat Hornbow), and I was just wanted to know what 55 Monk build would be best for farming the Mursaat and Jades in Ice Flow and Ring of Fire?

EDIT: Okay, there probably is no "best" build for farming, so let me rephrase the question: what build would you suggest?

600 Spirit bond/SoA would be better. Spectral Agony is hurts alot at 55 health on top of pressure from the mursaat with hexes, interrupts and knockdowns.

No they don't, thats the 1 thing Mursaat can't do.

just checked it. np with the jades but the monks wil keep healing the the others.
