Cantha character in Istans first missions

Is it possible to do Chahbek Village, Jokanur Diggings and Blacktide Den with character from Cantha? If is, then how?

You can do the Diggings and Blacktide.

Not sure about the village.

Chabek Village: talk to the Second Spear in Kamadan, in the training area go east, talk the historian (Koss required for missions start)
Jokanur Diggings: the place is west of Champion's Dawn (Melonni required and you probably need to have done Chabeck Village)
Blacktide Den: south of Jokanur Diggings, the door to that place opens after you have done Jokanur Diggings mission (Tahlkora required)

If you can find the city you can usually do the mission. I've never personally been to the village, but I doubt you can do the mission as it is the intro mission for NF characters, imho. I'll try it this weekend.

you can do them all by just going to the town. no specific order is needed. to get to chahbek you just gotta talk to the historian guy in churhir fields to get in.

you can do chahbek if ur not from nightfall. if you couldnt that would mean the protector of elona title would only be available to nightfall characters which wouldnt be fair.
