Perfect tattooed/iridescent Cleaver: worth anything?

I was wondering if this is worth anything, and it is for sale if anyone is interested:

Cleaver (tattooed skin):

- 6-28 (req 9 Axe Mastery)
- 15^50
- Axe Mastery +1 (chance 20%)

The axe is non-inscribable.

10-15k imo although it maybe a bit higher since i am not familar with that skin...or atleast i don't think so
