i was wandering if gw prof has titles?? i see that gw factions does but cant find anywere if prof does

Yes, every Guild Wars game has titles (assuming you're talking about stuff like Drunkard, Skill Hunter, Wisdom, etc).

The ones specific to Prophecies are the same as Factions - Protector and Cartographer.
