I couldn't find any other threads, and I didn't think this should be in the PC Gamer thread as it would be awfully buried.
Is anyone else having trouble finding the May PC Gamer? I'm in the Bellevue\Redmond, WA area, and I've checked 12 places over the last three days between my workplace and my house (which is out a ways so I doubt they'd sell out there).
It's driving me nuts. What was freakier was the guy in Barnes & Noble digging through the PC mag section like he was looking for his lost puppy; as it turns out, I'm not the only one having the problem.
Anyone know if this is a distribution related thing?

I had a heck of a time. I went to Barnes and Noble on the 2nd because I heard they were out early, but they still had April's issue. So on the 3rd I went again, and get this... they only had the March issue of the UK version!!! I was so upset (I live in the US). So then I went 4 other places until I finally found it at a grocery store. Ugh!!
Freddy Meyers in Warrenton, OR still has 7 copies of last month's issue on the shelves as of this morning....It's beginning to piss me off ever so slightly. They were down to two copies and put 5 more out...wtf? I want the NEW one...hulllo? Ah, well...I guess I should be more upset that I moved and had to switch from cable to DSL.

Walmart had it out a few days early and when I went back a few days later, there were still a bunch there. However, when I bought them, they had them in backwards so all you could see was the LoTR stuff. Knowing how pc gamer is, I checked the other side and there it was, Guild Wars 2, taking up the cover

Actually, as no store in Covington has one past April, I suspect that all of Covington just is behind. Probably because we're a subburb of Kent. :P They may be waiting for the April ones to sell out, and they haven't. Heh geeks on the eastside... yeah I'd say that's accurate.
I didn't spend TOO much time looking around near work because my company is chalk full of geeks and they probably beat me to it. But I had to try anyway.I am thinking of getting a subscription anyway though, just because it means I get something other than bills in my box.
