Trapping glitch?

I was trapping in the UW tonight and noticed that my traps where only costing 4 energy instead of the usual 6. I looked at the skill updates on the guild wars website and didn't see that any spirits or traps got their energy changed. So is this some glitch or did I miss something?

Do you have any points in Expertise? It lowers the cost of many skills (but not all), which would account for the lower numbers.

Ofcourse he is, as he mentioned "the usual 6" (there are no traps that use 6 energy)... i didnt trap last night (too may problem connecting due the april5 update), but i think this is a glitch (assuming you didnt raise your expertise level).

Wierd but if its a change then yay I can trap even more now

My expertise is the same as before which is what makes it really strange. It is nice though to not have to wait for energy regen because of this, makes the runs go a bit quicker.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I was in UW today doing the echo dust trap, etc...and I realised that I was never actually running out of energy. Usually a couple of times it hits zero. This time it never got near zero. In fact, I had more energy than I knew what to do with. I have 13 in expertise and the traps were indeed costing 4 energy, 3 at the end when Quickening Zephyr wore off. Oh well, not complaining.
